Sure you can have a plain countertop with a 4″ set on top slab backsplash, but what if it was even better? For this traditional home, we designed a taller slab backsplash with a slab shelf supported by slab brackets. It feels unique, luxurious, and adds additional storage.
Up close you can see how the subtle Carrara marble is incredibly elegant as the bracket curves into the shelf.
From farther away, the shelf detail is so much more interesting than a typical 4″ slab backsplash.

We love thinking of the period of the home when we’re choosing finishes too. Polished nickel is the best choice for a classic finish. A bold traditional come can go with unlacquered brass.
